Q·01 How is Diffsome priced?
Per tenant. Each tenant (subdomain or custom domain) is one subscription. Plans differ by capacity — storage, members, and features like white-label — not by which AI CMS tools you can use.
Q·02 What's the difference between the tiers?
Every tier includes every AI CMS tool. Starter ($19/mo) is 5 GB / 1,000 members + custom domain. Pro ($49/mo) is 25 GB + unlimited members + full commerce. Business ($149/mo) is 100 GB + white-label. Enterprise is custom.
Q·03 How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is 20% off — pay 10 months for 12. Billed in USD via Stripe. Cancel mid-year and we refund unused months pro-rata.
Q·04 Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and the next charge is stopped immediately. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Q·05 What is your refund policy?
Full refund within 7 days of any paid charge. Annual subscribers who cancel mid-year receive a pro-rata refund for unused full months.
Q·06 How do I use the AI features?
AI features (writing, detail pages, etc.) require connecting your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key in Settings. Diffsome only relays requests — no additional charge. Costs stay transparent and under your control.
Q·07 Can I export my data?
Yes. Export posts, products, orders, and members as CSV or JSON at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days for recovery on re-subscription.
