Diffsome is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides AI-powered content management, e-commerce, and headless API capabilities. The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Website and content management tools
• E-commerce and payment processing features
• AI-powered content generation and management
• API and SDK access for developers
• Live chat and customer support tools
• Reservation and booking systems

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account

4. Multi-Tenant Usage

Each account operates within an isolated tenant environment. You are responsible for all content, data, and activity within your tenant, including actions taken by members (end users) you invite or permit to access your tenant.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

6. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide valid and current payment information
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy

We may change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Diffsome Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service may use artificial intelligence to generate or assist in creating content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including payment processors (Toss Payments, Stripe), social login providers, and notification services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diffsome Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
